Program content

This module will enable you to identify your strategic need for developing an strategic business plan and/or operating Model. You will learn about Business life cycle, why companies grow or fail, what is an operating model, how it helps companies to keep growing, and what is FMO

This module will enable you to write your own Vision and Mission Statements. It will help you understand how to identify the right Strategic Direction for your organisation with clear idea about what do you want to achieve at the end of 3-5 years.

In this module you will learn what are the strategic goals and Levers and how will they help you moving forward in your Strategic Direction and achieve your Vision.

In this module, you will learn, what are the capabilities, how to identify right capabilities for our business. You will also learn what are the business outcomes and how to write them well.

This module will enable you to define the gap between your current capabilities and required capabilities and bridge this gap with right strategy in place. You will learn how to identify right projects and initiatives to build your current capabilities.

This module will enable you to define a roadmap for next 3-5 years to implement your own Operating Model. This roadmap will help you keep a check if you are going in right direction and which milestones are you hitting through this journey.
