Fosbury Flop:Changing the rules of the game

Richard Douglas “Dick” Fosbury (born March 6, 1947) is one of the most influential athletes in the history Fosbury Flopof track and field. He revolutionized the high jump event, inventing a unique “back-first” technique, now known as the Fosbury Flop, adopted by almost all high jumpers today. His method was to sprint diagonally towards the bar, then curve and leap backwards over the bar.
During his initial days he realised  traditional scissors- or straddle-style forward kick over the bar methods was not fetching him success; he thought about a new method of jump, challenged the conventional approach and came up with an innovative way to do a high jump.

ResonVate Thought
Fosbury disrupted high jump through ‘back first’ technique and set a new trend.

I would like to ResonVate
with ideas on challenging status-quo
which can be applied in business services, marketing
in areas like Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life sciences, Defence & Armed Forces etc.
